We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vigora Health purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at info@healthvigora.com with photos of the damage.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
